morning, Thursday already, the week is whizzing by. I hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have any plans for today?

I am seeing a doctor at 12pm from the memory clinic, as i am finding my concentration and conversation isn't up to scratch. First appointment and will see how it goes.

Today's forecast is a lowly 19c with partly sunny skies.
