morning, Thursday already, I can't believe its been two weeks since Queen Elizabeth passed away, so much has happened since then.

I hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have any plans for today? I might walk up to local church and see how they are getting on, and then maybe have lunch out at the pub.

Morning all, late to the pass as I didn't sleep well to start with. Off to the quack's this morning for a regularl blood and bp check on my medicine viz no interaction with my liver, having had an issue in the past, a present from Somalia!
