A little while back I bought a cheap waterproof pancho thought it would be handy to carry with me. Its light and packs away in a very small bag.
Yesterday we had a shower while out so for the first time i got it out.

I put it over my head and spent more than enough time trying to locate the hole for the head and the holes for the arms, in fact nearly dislocating my shoulders in doing so.
Someone passing said i looked like Tommy Copper trying to escape from a sack tied at the top. :0)

Sorry...still laughing...Tommy Copper sounds like a Cockney scrap-metal merchant.
chances are even if it had been a Christian Dior one you'd have struggled to find the right holes; it's in the nature of simple flattenable garments.

You'll be rivalling Gness before you know it.
pimplyteen, I think the trouble is you bought the Acne Pancho - should have gone for the Acme Poncho ;)
I bought one from Poundland and when we went on a rugby trip to Cardiff stuffed it in my pocket before we went out for the match and obviously drinks afterwards.
The lads all chuckled when they saw it initially…..nobody laughed except me when we spent 35 minutes waiting in the unsheltered main street for a taxi in the drizzle.

Never mock someone else’s kit. If it looks stupid but works, it ain’t stupid.

Don't you just love a happy ending.
Be prepared !
