Omg ….on that it could mean anything !!

I was going to rephrase my answer and say ‘call me’ ….an indication from someone out of earshot ….long distance sign language. Hopefully someone with more info will come along and help out :))

My limited info came from watching ELO in concert, performing Telephone Line ….a lot of the audience were using this sign ….I’ve lived a very sheltered life as you can see :))
