Recycled Presents

Do you do this ? Have you ever given a present back to someone , that gave you the present in the first place, by mistake ?
What happened ?

I gave a bottle of whiskey to a family friend as a Christmas present few years age. The following Christmas he gave it back to me.
I passed it on to someone else.

I can't recall ever recycling any presents myself. However I've certainly received some presents that look remarkably familiar to me ;-)

I don’t tend to recycle presents but I do give plenty of things to the charity shops in January!

There is a saying in a club that I belong to when it comes to the Christmas Raffle that you “win what you brung” - quite often you hear “put it back”

My unwanted gifts all go to charity too. I've never used an unwanted gift as a present for someone else.

I might offer unwanted gifts to family members, but they usually go to a charity shop or are put into the raffle on a quiz night.
