Good morning all. There's not a cloud in the sky here in Belfast so it looks like it could be a nice day.
I'm meeting a friend for lunch today. She's a woman in her mid 40s. I've known for some time that she has MS. The last photograph she posted on FB shows her using a walking frame.
We'll go to a cafe just around the corner from her home.
