I am Birmingham born and raised. All those sights are familiar to me. Especially where that pretty lady bent over.

Kojak thought he was doing it for Birmingham Alabama ;-)
I've just watched a bit more. The airport shown was the old 1930's terminal at Elmdon. (I worked there)

I've never lived in Birmingham (though I knew Wolverhampton quite well) but if I had to return to Blighty & live in a city, I would choose it before Sadiq Khan's, Londonistan, any day.
That was shown on a tv programme a week or so ago, can't remember which one

barry; Really! What must have brought it to life again in the media, is an essay in the 'Afterthoughts' slot of the Times Literary Supplement (Feb 18th) entitled, 'Sophocles in Birmingham', that's where I read about it. I think it's worth watching if only for the above lady flashing her knickers! :0)
It was probably on The Last Leg, they were discussing Birmingham hosting the Commonwealth Games
Had to laugh when I hears Digbeth described as 'trendy' on the tv recently
Lot of interesting shops in digbeth, the pubs aren't great though. Born and raised a Londoner I only go back when I have to. I love being an adopted Brummie.
