Not Going Out

I happened on the Christmas Special - never watched the series, but I really enjoyed it, especially the abiity of Jason Donovan to send himself up so well.

I've tried watching Not Going Out but, on every occasion, I've suddenly experienced a desperate desire to go out! Lee Mack can't act.

yes it was very good , very cleverly written i'm a big fan of the programme and Jason Donovan took a very good part in it .
Lucy , Daisy and Timothy are good in it too

I also quite like NGO and i caught up with the Christmas special on Sat night. While some of the puns are groan-worthy, others were very clever.
Do wish they'd bring the dopy s-i-l Daisy back.

I liked "Outnumbered" too.

I thought Mack's inability to act was part of the comedy.
I loved Outnumbered, especially the last series when the son seems to have aged 10 years overnight with the growth spurt and broken voice.
