retireds were coming forward - and saying: "we were told to destroy and hammer our hard drives without back up and that is so ODD, it sounded so ODD at the time that - - - i kept mine and here it is...."
and a second said " yeah ditto - I kept mine too "
and I dont think they would keep something they knew was falsified and turn it over as a true bill....

when a lawyer tried - "oh he worked for the now disbanded west mids serious crimes squad ( now dissolved for corruption) so he WOULD say that!"
the judge said: "not good enough - you have to show corruption touches this actual case we are hearing"
