awww, that's a lovely video. :-)

One of our neighbours has a little dog (mixed origins) and a cat.
When she takes doggy for walkies and the weather suits the cat, he follows behind at about 10 paces. His street cred goes out the window when mum and pooch move out of sight/ We've got a great seat to view the antics!!

Thanks, Alba.

My lovely Patches (who was the mother of my current lot)

used to follow me all he way down the road to the Co-op, then sit down and wait patiently for me (just like a dog) until I'd finished my shopping. Then she'd faithfully follow me home ;-)

Adorable! That side look at the start as he's circling! Ha!! :0)
I love this, that litten is not moving!
I love this, that kitten is not moving! The dog is very patient considering he could have evicted the kitten in one gulp!

Thanks for your posts, Eleanor and Roo.

No dog is ever a match for a really determined cat, however small it might be ;-)
The videos on this thread are all good. This video is one that shows that a cat can be patient when it wants.

Thanks, Susan.

I can't see my lot (especially Tablo, who I've seen doing a flying back somersault to catch a bird in flight in her jaws before now) agreeing that's the proper relationship between birds and cats somehow though!
Buenchico, I saw this joke the other day, I think you will appreciate it.
Two dogs and a cat died and went to heaven where God was sitting on his throne. he said to the first dog "what do you believe?". The Dog, a German Shepherd, said " I believe I should obey and be loyal to my master" "Well done "said God "you may sit on my right". To the second dog, a Rottweiler, God asks the same question," Loyalty to my master and to protect him and his family" was the reply. "You also may sit on my right" said God and turning to the cat, he said "And what do you believe?".
The cat replied" I believe you're sitting in my chair".
Vulcan - good joke.☺☻

I remember Frankie sitting on my pillow and using his armed paw to wake me up. I looked up at him and saw spider legs (moving spider legs) hanging out of his mouth. He needed a snack before breakfast. He wasn't much of a hunter.
He wanted you to see his trophy before it went down the hatch.

Thanks for the joke, Vulcan ;-)

My lot gave up hunting spiders not long after they ceased to be kittens, Susan. They now usually just watch them for ages, without bothering to do anything about their presence.

Cute as that is, I don't like cats!

I didn't use to like cats, Tilly2, but now I've got three of them.

My friend and former neighbour didn't use to like cats but she saw the photos of my lot when they were kittens and got herself a cat. Then she got another one as well.

Give it time, Tilly2. You'll find yourself enslaved by one or more felines eventually, I'm sure ;-)
I will never tire of watching cat videos.
My moggy is curled up on my lap. She’ll get up in a minute to beg for a treat.

>>> I will never tire of watching cat videos

You and millions of others, Clover. That's why there are more videos of cats on Youtube than of any other animals ;-)
