At a somewhat wild guess, you've clicked on something somewhere that's got you entered (for an entry fee) into some sort of competition run by this firm

(The first of those looks as if it might be reasonably legit but the second one only has an email address shown, rather than a postal address and/or phone number, and that's only a Yahoo Mail account, not one using the firm's own domain name).
