Can anyone please give me a link so that I can watch Central TV news at 6.00pm.

Live streaming of ITV programmes is done via ITV Hub but that only offers national programming, not regional.

The 6pm Central news broadcasts are available on a catch-up basis though, with separate programmes for the East Midlands (including Derby, Leicester, Lincoln, Nottingham, Peterborough, Northampton, Boston, Wisbech, and Chesterfield) and the West Midlands (including Birmingham, Solihull, Coventry, Wolverhampton, Cheltenham, Hereford, Warwick, Shrewsbury, Stoke-on-Trent, and Stafford).

Those programmes should become available, for 24 hours, shortly after they've been broadcast on air but (from looking at the times that yesterday's programmes went online) it looks like you might actually have to wait until around 8.30pm for them to actually appear online.
