morning everyone, i hope you are all well and that you have a good day whatever
you have planned. I am off to meet friends later for a drink, though the weather forecast isn't so good, so it might be a case of sitting inside. it will be good to get out after what has been a dull and rainy old week.

He's always wanted one and he's just about to turn 45 so I guess he decided to splash out. I was looking at a lovely Patek Philippe watch yesterday but I think I'm going to have to win the lottery to get one of them!

i would think so. My mum bought me a solid gold Tissot watch for my 40th, a treasured item. Not sure of its value, and im never going to sell it.

Actually, I need to buy some new flip flops and some other bits and bobs to go to St Ives so I might have a little splurge.

it was pretty busy last Sunday - outside though - which is where we'll be as there are tables under the overhang.....anyway, must be moving now! So have a good Sunday.

First week in July. I wasn't all that keen to go again but seeing as my other holidays have been cancelled (should have flown to Prague yesterday) I am now looking forward to a break away. Restaurant reservations were hard to come by this time though so I guess it's going to be really busy down there.
