clairey, I can understand why some people are confused by your situation ~ after all, you are asking about what he has said to you, then you go on to say you are just f**k buddies and you are happy with the situ.

Don't get me wrong (there's the saying again ;o) I am not having a go at you, but it DOES appear that either one or both of you has issues with the relationship. I once had this kind of relationship and the 'L' word never appeared in conversation...ever. You may be happy with the realtionship the way it is, but he may not be. This needs clarification, I reckon. x

well we've had the chat. I love him and i've told him so he knows and he loves me but we just can't cope with each other on a perminant basis, we're both hard work! We are, however, each others best friend and still fancy each other like mad, hence the inability to keep our hands off each other!
Aha ;o)
must say this sorta sounds like lust more than love. Enjoy yourself, but a small space in your consciousness ought to be thinking about what happens when you find someone you love and want to live with. When that happens you'll want to devote yourself entirely to him - if it's the real thing - so there could be tough decisions ahead.
