Wearing a garment that you once wore...many, many years ago...and had completely forgotten?
I'm watching Homes Under the Hammer, and Martine is wearing a shocking red, baggy quilted coat. I'm sitting here thinking...I had one of those! Can't remember how long ago, or where I was, or the colour...but I had one.

can't recall, but they are old programmes i think,
wasn't she pregnant at one point. maybe that why she was wearing something baggy.

I don't think the program is too old emmie...shes only been on it 3 or 4 years. It might even be a new one as I've not seen it before.

I was going to say, I think I had my coat in the 70s or 80s.

i do sometimes see footage of mods wearing mohair suits, doc martins and wonder did i really wear that and get away with it.

The program is current...March this year.
I think she was pregnant about 2 years ago.

i can't wear a smart suit now as i have got too big. which is a shame, as i loved my suits and smart shirts for formal wear.

I watched an old, 70s programme and someone was wearing an embroidered Afghan coat, I'd so wanted one of those but couldn't afford one then. Maybe I'll look on Ebay.

I had one. I remember going to a huge open office space in Manhattan. No desks, just rails full of stinky Afghan coats. I loved mine...the exotic look far out weighed the whiff...:)
