I'm finding it really difficult at the moment to find any time to exercise, well if i'm honest time or the energy! So for the past few mornings ( before breakfast) i have been jogging/walking for about 15-20mins as i find this is the most convienient time and when i seem to have more energy. Is this really doing me any good as it feels strange exercising this early in the day, ( i have always exercised at night) am i still burning calories or putting myself through unnecessary pain! Can anyone please give me any advice??!!!

i am sure it will be doing you good and if it is your intention to lose some weight by exercise then you should be able to do this. I am no expert but i dont see that the time of exercise should make a difference to the amount of calories burnt.

Personally i love exercising in the early morning....before 7am as it gives you a buzz to start the day with!

Thanks for that Steve! I am trying to loose a few pounds, but i find i feel so much healthier and happier knowing i have done some sort of exercise, just needed a bit of encouragement to know that it was worthwhile and wasn't just wasting my time. You're right though, it certainly wakes me up and sets me up for the day ahead. By the time i have finished work i have no energy what so ever! so this works for me!! Thanks again!x
