I don't believe anyone ( even Orthodox Jews) could miss the isolation message , they must be hiding behind that as an excuse after all, it's everywhere you look, it's a facet of our daily lives now

i saw that report on BBC where a percentage of BAME care home workers weren't getting vaccinated, surely putting every one at risk. This was in London..

Many of the Country's youth spend their lives on social media. For over a year now, the media, social and mainstream, has been wall to wall Covid, so there is absolutely no excuse whatsoever for anyone not being aware of the rules, guidelines, penalties, etc. Even those from whatever section of the Jewish community who are not allowed the Internet. Surely they have friends/workmates who they will have discussed the pandemic with.

did i read somewhere that one reason for this was the community saw vaccination of staff as only a government-led means to protect old white people rather than the workers themselves, and they "weren't going to fall for that one"?

Even if they were a care worker looking after your relative or a postmen handing you your post or shop workers serving you at the till or your dentist/optician or someone sitting next to you on a train/bus or giving you a vaccinnation??
