I've just read that grapefruit oil aids weight loss and is also good for reducing celluite if you bathe in it.

I'm more interested in the weight loss aspect anyone know anything about it or heard of this before?

Also has anyone used it and can confirm it works?

And what do you do with it? Smell it, drink it dress salads with it?!

Thanks

Any advice, tip etc appreciated

Bathe in it, you're gonna need a lot of grapefruits.
I cannot eat or drink grapefruit in any form for medical purposes. I have high blood pressure and not allowed with my tablets.
Knowing my luck, this probably works!!!

well I dont think you have a whole bath in it :o ) I think its more a case of you add it to your bath like you would bubble bath but I'm not sure.
I drink unsweetened grapefruit juice every morning when I am on my diet and I swear by it .It seems to stop me craving for sweet things and I do lose weight better when I drink it everyday.I don't know why but have read that it helps break up any fat quicker.
