the best cosmetic is drinking plenty of water,,,it removes the toxins and gradually puffyness and bags, will reduce...if you are over50, i'm afraid its a visit to the surgeon...................

One of the more unusual methods i have used to get rid of my bags is to rub haemorrhoid cream under your eyes before you go to bed.After a week or so you can really notice the difference.Just a tip though...Use a fresh tube of cream and not one what hubby has been using on his bum!!!!

Well you can also get rid of bgs under the eyes by putting wet normal teabags on them for a while or cuecumberpieces hes helped me in the past.
