Try number three. The first two went walkabout for some reason best known to themselves. Such is life.
Some shoplifting to be done today, needs must.
I hope everyone had a happy time over Christmas. Mine was quiet, but that's the way I like it. :o}
I'll post this before it goes walkabout too!
Have a happy day everyone.

Ok x
can;t take any milky drinks dtc, nor flowery drinks like camomile, i can go off to sleep no problem, its staying asleep, like last night one hour after going to sleep i was awake.
Patience:-). Now you are helping the cause, all the other symptoms should improve as well.
going on past experience and thats all i can go on it took months of counselling and meds to take effect. I must got better but its not a quick fix. I would be over the moon if it were. I did go out back in the summer even though we had some lockdown going on, to sit in the local park and soak up the sun. So must have felt alright then same as visiting brother back in august, was fine.
It may well not be a "quick fix" this time either, but it should be a long-term one.
had this before as i said, last time was very bad. Had truly thought
i turned a corner on all that. I know that mental health affects all age groups and that the stats show that 1 in 4 will have some sort of problem with it. Just didn't think it was me again.
I'm sure you did turn a corner on it, but it also makes you more susceptible than if you never had it.
BTW, I never believe these 1/4, 2/4 statistics with mental health. As far as I can see, anyone with a mind can and will have some issues at some time. Just the same as anyone with a body will have physical issues at some time. It's only a question of what degree.
going on stats that were produced when i attended a drop in centre 1 in 4 will go on to have mental health difficulties. I think those stats have been revised, who knows. I know that many of those i was in hospital with had lifelong illnesses.
going to see in the morning whether i post on this thread, i know i was asked after this morning as i normally one of the first on there. and didn;t emerge till quite late for me at any rate.
