We don't get electricity and gas bills David , I pay by DD and have gone paperless but I can check my bill anytime I like online

Yes they do but you receive a DWP letter prior to that

I thought so Bednobs. My granddads did. He tried once to return it as he didn't need it but apparently they had no system in place.

My letter always come AFTER. Go figure...
