It should say one a night or two a night. Some people only need 25 mg to drop off, others need 50 mg, hence the different strengths.

Emmie please try Melatonin. It is a natural product. As I said before I was sceptical but after 3/4 days when I did wake during the night I was back to sleep within 10 minutes and am only waking once or twice when before it was almost every hour
Cal - Have you got a link to which one you use?
I take 5HTP Magnesium and natural Melatonin available from Amazon UK. Just been woken by 2 wet cats after waking only once during the night
