Don't worry about it diddlydo, it won't work half the time because too many people are not wearing them at all, for anything.

I can see the flaw in that reasoning. :-)
The government had been contradicting itself about the situation in those sorts of shops. Where you lay down rules like that it can get confusing

I think I can answer that based on the previous 100 questions on living in a house that straddles the border - and you go to sleep, half in scotland half in wales - which rules do you follow.

I think I an stretch this to
you stick your head in a shop - do you have to wear a mask as most of you is outside? what about sticking an arm or leg in - do you have to put the mask on the boot ?
