Hello Everyone, I hope you all are doing well. I need someone to proofread my following email, please. Actually recently I got admission to the German university and they have sent me another email yesterday in that email they said " A new document has been provided for you by your campus management system. Please log in with your access data to download the document" but once I log in to my account I could not find any new document there. I want to tell the university about this error. I wrote this email. I hope someone can help me to proofread this email. Thank you so much.

Yester I have received an email that a new document has been provided to me by campus management and I can find my document on my university online portal. I did login to check my document but unfortunately, there is no new document. there is only one document which is my admission letter.
Please let me know how can I fix this issue,
I would change it slightly to
‘Yesterday I received an email telling me that a new document has been sent to me by campus management and that I can find it on my university online portal. I logged in but there is no new document. The only document there is my admission letter.’
