Yesterday I had cause to drive from one area of Belfast to another and saw the antics of two pubs.

One was completely back to normal as quite older patrons were just standing outside the pub having their smokes with no drinks and they were all together.

The other was abiding the rules? Most of those patrons were very young and screaming and laughing outside that pub. But that pub was selling food.
