If you are going out in traffic you will need to hear the insults so you can tell them where to go

I thought you suffered from vertigo, JJ. I don't think you'd be very safe on a scooter. You need to be able to balance...and hear.

Don't take their word for it that it is road legal. I very much doubt it.
By the way, 25 kph is 15 miles per hour.
Do you think 100s of companies would be renting them out, if they weren't road legal ?
