Food Bank

Last year I joined a Pilates class but only went to two classes cos some of the old dears were sleeping on their chairs.

Anyhow the same club sent me quite a big bag of food tonight about 6.00 pm. I am grateful but wish it had have gone to somebody in real need.

no - all my neighbours are pretty self-sufficient and all are youngish too.

Use it and use it with pleasure. I am sure that they will also be catering for the chair sleeping old dears.

it was very nice Tilly indeed - they actually sent me an email prior to this asking me if I needed help etc - I replied saying I was great, so I am surprised with the parcel.

I did send a nice email thanking them of course.

Spice - it was "sit down Pilates" but it wasn't for me.
