The lambda sensor is on all the time on my 850 2.5 non turbo.
Can these be checked with a multimeter? Can they be cleaned in any way or will it have to be replaced?

The service light comes on when I start the engine and then goes out after a couple of minutes. Is this nornal?

Any ideas,
Thanks in advance

the lambda sensor is stuck under the car exposed to all the elements, they kind of rot away. not too expensive to replace, and then it will be fixed. cleaning it will only be a temporary fix, if at all.
