I’ve actually managed to secure a part time job and can’t believe how chuffed I am. I have had a 13 year break and I’m knocking on a bit. It’s even local so I don’t have to worry too much if I have to leave the kids home alone for short periods (although they are hardly babies anymore) :)

Thanks everyone, it’s a three minute walk away so no bus fare (£4) and no waiting for the two-an-hour bus (win win).
I know you know....... the only good thing is I won’t have to listen to that bloody song!........ lord that’s a long time ago....... :-(
Well done again, sherr. Brilliant for you to have a job so close to home.

Well done Sherr. I remember that feeling of going back to work after being at home with the kids for years.
