This is happening on three network too as i had a couple of suspicious txts last week saying i owed them money and to update payment details. As i am on pay as you go i knew it was a scam so just deleted them.
Had one last night, but I’m on Tesco O2. Txt said there was a suspicious transaction to my Santander account to BMW of Dublin. If it was me ignore. If not to click on one of two links. 1 .ring a 0300 number. 2 a web site address www.santander.co.uk that looked convincing. I immediately rang a number I knew to be genuine and reported it.
I've just found one on my phone. I do have EE, but only top up. No bills.
