It took me a while to realise what you are asking. I think it makes more sense just to say that you are computer literate.

yes, that's right. A job specification might include 'computer literacy'. Does sound slightly clumsy.
Strangely, the word 'literacy' did not come into existence until about two centuries after 'illiteracy'! The phrase 'computer literacy' has been in use since the early 1970s, so it is now perfectly acceptable.
