Terrorists - WHY?????

Can someone clarify or shed some light on this for me;

Ok, so last week some 20-odd alleged terrorists were arrested and the police and MI5 are constantly on the lookout for more people.
Now what I really understand is why these people are terrorists....i'm actually stumped. many have lived in Britain their whole life and accepted British ways of life. I know certain regions of the middle east are renowned for terrorist cells but why are our own citizens turning against us???

They have been brainwashed into believing that Sharia law must be imposed on the planet. That means either you are converted to islam or you are slain as the infidel. They are doing the work of god they are cleansing the planet for Allah.

If it takes years of brainwashing for these scum to try and blow themselves and everyone else to Kingdom Come just WHO started indoctrinating them at a very early age ? Stands to reason parents and/or relatives must be to blame ,later on perhaps their schools so as far as I'm concerned there is an awful lot of Muslims injecting hatred for the Western world into their children whilst enjoying all the benefits of living in a decent society .So it's not just the young ones rebelling .

I don't think, by and large, it is their parents who indoctrinate them. Don't you remember seeing the parent(s) of the Leeds bombers on TV? They seemed to be horrified, and to be honest, I believed them. And aren't one or more of the parents of this latest lot what you could describe as 'typical middle class'?

The schools they go to are usually the same ones every other religion goes to.

The indoctrination comes from only one place and this one one place needs some serious looking into, never mind the outcry. If Satinists started ritually murdering people, I'm sure that 'religion' would be promptly banned or at the very least investigated and regulated.

If these terrorists are from a fairly well off "middle class" family like you say then these young terrorists (which they seem to be) could have had access to the internet from a very young age. If they did go to school with similar minded children with the same racial background then talking online can soon turn into finding others with the same interests online and there you go an outer influence which to most is hidden for public eye.

Oh no, they have not accepted the British way of life. Therein lies part of the problem. Anyway, it won't be a problem when GB is another Muslim state!!

This country is now reaping the rewards of its experiment in �multi-culturalism� which extends back for almost 40 years.

Earlier influxes of immigrants were expected to integrate with the existing population both geographically and culturally. Since the 1960s newcomers have been actively encouraged to retain their own way of life regardless of the effect it may have on their ability to live in Britain. For example, many Moslem women are still denied (by their families) the educational opportunities open to all. Some cannot speak English; many are not permitted to drive. Daughters are seen as inferior to sons. Many young Moslem people are still entered into arranged marriages.

Some rebel, seeing the restrictions on their lives as unjust. Others, however, resolve this conflict by deciding that Western culture is corrupt and �unholy�. (They may well be right � I�m just trying to illustrate what might cause them to react against their hosts so violently). A small minority of these, seeing no immediate prospect of change through the ballot box, decide to interpret their religious scriptures into violence and terror.

This is a direct result of their being told that they may live their lives here, in exactly the same way as they could if they were in a Moslem country, and are disappointed to find that they cannot. We thus find ourselves in the situation where some Moslem leaders suggest that continuing terror can only be avoided if their community is allowed its own holidays, its own schools and its own laws.

Many commentators have been suggesting that this is a recipe for disaster for many years. All have been howled down as �racists�. Trevor Philip (chairman of CRE) has finally managed to stir some debate He has agreed that multi-culturalism is not, after all, such a good idea, and that clashes of conflicting culture may lead to unrest. (An understatement if ever there was one). Let�s hope he is heeded.
