Need To Return

I'm full of questions today. Anyway I need to return an item I have just received this morning but the label won't print out the BARCODE for the post office. Any help please.

Is the label via email also on a mobile phone JJ?

no Bobbi - I don't have a mobile phone - the label has come up (to be printed) on the Ebay site and also in my email.

It says "print" - but when I do so just writing comes up but no barcodes. I emailed Ebay there and hopefully they'll guide me see what they say. Thanks

thanks Mamy - I followed all that earlier on - when I print the label - there are two pages per se. First one has the barcode etc - the second page has just writing. I have "reprinted label" about 5 times. The first page will not print out at all. I then asked when printing - print page one - but no will still print the second page.

Do you have a second computer you could access it from or maybe a friend.

just wanted to let you know I took a screen shot of the label on the Ebay site - and it printed out - Yippee.
