Just watching the first episode. This was a format by Bradley Walsh I believe. I wasn't too impressed. Did anyone else watch it ?

Its been on before - I didn't watch it. Caught a bit of it tonight - very confusing.

Bring back The Chase.

I've never been able to figure out the rules of The Chase! (but I haven't tried very hard)

I think I'll like it when I've watched it a few more times. Some good banter going on between them all.

Davebro - The Chase is easy.

1. answer questions against the clock

2. play against the Chaser for the amount you "earned", or start closer to the Chaser for a higher amount, or 1 step further away for a lower amount.

You and Chaser have 5 seconds to answer a multiple-choice question - the 5 seconds starting after the first person presses. If you get it right, move ahead one step, if Chaser gets it right, they also move ahead one step. If either of you get it wrong, you stay put, and if the other gets it right, they move forward.

3. Reach the end with out getting caught - your money goes in the prize pot.

4. Repeat with other players.

5. Safe players have 2 minutes to answer as many questions as possible - person who buzzes must be the one to answer.

6. Chaser has to answer same amount of questions within 2 minutes - if they get it wrong, players get a chance to answer and Chaser takes a step back.

If Chaser runs out of time, you win a share of the prize pot.

The show was first aired in 2016 and didn't exactly get rave reviews then. It didn't have viewers squealing in delight in 2017 either ;-)

Yes its been in before, it took me a while to get into it, it was confusing to start with, but now i enjoy it.

I love The Chase and Bradley, but I watched a bit of Cash Trapped the last time it was on, and it did nothing for me.

Too much chat and not enough excitement.

Can’t wait for The Chase to come back on in the New Year.
