Im going on holiday on October 31st (Antwerp & Amsterdam).
October 31st of all flaming days....
Been reading some posts on Face Book news feed regarding going on holiday after Brexit (if it happens). Getting a bit worried about it all...havnt had a holiday for 8 years and now this.
Don't take all that I read on FB as gospel but is there any chance that said holiday could be cancelled on the day?
(I might be a victim of fear porn here...hope so)
Thanks.

You could experience additional delays at passport control (both when entering Belgium and when returning to the UK) but I doubt that you'll have many other problems.

You gonna pay for a leg over?
Don’t be so rude Thelland,
He is going a humping
When he returns he will be posting (SANDRA)sqad asking for advice on tropical diseases.
How you say hanky panky in Dutch?
With reference to Brexit, I was told by a travel company to make sure that my passport is valid for 6 months after the date of return from a holiday in Europe.

Hop over to ur magnolia thread Theland,,,
I agree with Prudie. I sometimes think the prophets of doom would like it all to go wrong. I really wish people would stop scaremongering. Common sense dictates that disruption - if indeed any occurs - will be kept to a minimum. It works both ways. Europeans travel across the channel too you know and business isn't in the business of shooting itself in the foot.
Have you applied for your visa ?
Going a couple of days earlier would make these problems disappear.
IF we were actually leaving on the 31st. :-)
