I thought most who took it had it in a glass of water, anyway. One could add honey if desired. I've no info on how good it is for you but there are multiple claims on the Web.
I tried it for digestive/colon problems after someone recommended it to me, I have seen quite an improvement by taking the advised maximum 3 times a day. However if Jenny is thinking of using for weight loss, it will not do any good. If it did I would have had to stop as I barely get on to the bottom of the BMI scale as it is.
I haven't seen that ummmm, when I googled I put in Cider Apple vinegar and my problem, so only got articles relating to that. At least I can let Jenny know if she wants it for weight loss, it isn't going to work.
