The only manufacturer currently making a lime green fridge-freezer seems to be Smeg. (I always think that's an unfortunate brand name, given the way that the word 'smeg' gets used in Red Dwarf!). Unfortunately it's far from cheap:

Tweaking your colour preference to 'kiwi green', instead of 'lime green' could save you a lot of money. Liebherr make suitable models:
