I know I've posted about this before, but where is my baby? My friend A who already has a daughter is pregnant again, T's sister has just had a baby, and I found out today that T is pregnant, (I haven't put their names just in case they read this!!)

When is it going to be my turn? We've been trying for blimmin ages and it's getting on my nerves now. Obviously I'm over the moon for my friends who can get pregnant at the drop of a hat, without even planning it, but when will it be me.

It's not fair.

I know exactly how you feel. There you are, trying your hardest to get pregnant & all around you everyone else is finding it so easy.

I had the same thing happen when I was trying for my second child. My husband would come home and announce that so-and-so from works wife was pregnant, and every woman I saw in the blimmin street was up the duff! it took almost a year, which doesn't seem long but it was like an eternity...

I hope you hit the jackpot very soon xx
For my second much wanted, it took 5 years, and I'm not joking but when I thought 'oh sod it' low and behold.....

Relax and it'll happen, , best wishes.
one of my friends had been trying for two years an she had given up hope, they had gone for all the tests and told they were fine, and then out of the blue one day after they had given up she found out she was pregnant, good luck to you xx
Funny you should say that, joby. My aunt & uncle married in 1969 and started 'trying' for a baby straight away. I say that loosely as they just didn't try to stop pregnancy from happening.

After 9 years they thought they weren't going to have any children, so went to the doctor who sent them on lengthly investigations. In 1980 the doctor gave them the go ahead to go on fertility drugs. Before the drugs started, they went on holiday for 2 months..by the time they arrived back she was pregnant & the fertility drugs weren't needed. They went on to have my cousin, and 2 years later his sister arrived. My aunty puts it down to her being relaxed about starting fertility treatment, and the knowledge that she was going to get help.
Doglady you have my every sympathy - I tried for nearly five years and was so eaten up with 'jealousy' when my sister in law fell pregnant I couldn't even speak to her for three months (she understood by the way) I was eventually told I was pregnant at a scan which was part of fertility treatment.
BTW they say new house new baby have you thought about moving (LOL)
So Wardy is right don't give up but don't stress either as the stress itself can cause the problem.
doglady, I just went to the loo 5 mins ago, and my period is here, I am gutted, so I know exactly how you feel.

We are trying for our second baby, I was lucky enough to get pregnant with my daughter in the first month, but I think I'm gonna have a hard time this time round, as I am more anxious to conceive.

Hope we both hit it jackpot soon.
