might have missed something but why did they do away with chatterbank, its obvious it was very popular just by the amount of chatter that goes on in b and s.

in hindsight ,it was because of users like this current one, who has fits of jealous pique if her 'questions' are underachievers
from what i understand people were becoming very bitter and there were often slanging matches that got a bit out of hand. One of those "the few spoil it for the many." I tried to set up a myspace account for answerbankers but not as succesful as i would have hoped. If u want the addy just ask.
i think it was a combination of multiple usernames, clones, aliases reporting posts to do folks head in, aliases putting up posts to cause arguments, aliases going in other peoples thread and causing arguments, etc and the amount of complaints about it all by everyone whether by posts in suggestions or by email

But I believe abed actually posted and said the cb was an experiment that was never intended to last anyway.
