I have been on this earth for 80 plus years, and I can say that England has never been as violent as it is today, why murders are being committed almost every day and most of the murders are getting away with it.
Years ago a murderer went down in history, they chased Dr Crippen all the way to the States, and everyone has heard of John Haigh, Neville Heath,

This makes interesting reading, can't see any mention of the knife killings of the 2000s.

I'm not surprised they are sending their kids 'back' in some circumstances.

No doubt the ones that are sending them back live in the toilet Londonistan which under Major Khant has deteriorated beyond recognition in some parts. I strongly suspect they do not live in the leafy suburbs but it may well be that relatives in Somalia live in more well heeled areas so they would be safer.

Good luck to them I say, if it potentially safes their offspring's life then go for it.

as for unsolved murders - - not many of them

in 1970 600 homicides ( not much different to 2018) of which 200 committed suicide with a note 'I did it!'
200 were found to a member fo the family and/or insane
and the only had to solve 200 in that year
which they did
