When is something going to be done as regards this mainly Black Community problem, or is this the reason why the authorities are reluctant to address this escalating problem, that is now rife in most of our large cities?

Surely the fact that knives are so readily available should be a cause of concern.Also,knife crime amongst black youngsters is as a result of the abundance of drugs in the country.

double or treble penalties for using a knife - or a cut-throat razor or any blade. For those found with any knife or blade on them, min £5000 fine. For those needing knives for work, then a license as per a shotgun.....including chefs. This has to be stopped in its tracks.
I really don't know what can be done. It seems at the moment not a day goes by without any knife related youths death. I don't know whether every knife death is being reported now, or if it's on the increase?

I carry a lock knife with me daily, although only with 3" blade, I need it for work and lock knife is far safer to use than ordinary pen knife.
