question 2 was Chief person in any disorder ,I thought the answer was Prime Minister ,but I could be wrong .

in and near could mean in and sounds like

I presume you have not done this quiz before. You can have the same answer twice or even more. I had Prime Minister for Question 2 although I had it elsewhere. If it is speaker which is better, I think, then Order could be the answer for 19
