Salvation Army Appeal

There are probably good reasons why I shouldn't support the Salvation Army appeal, but I can't think of any.

Anyone here got any anti-Sally Army ideas?

The Salvation Army is one of the charities i tend to donate to yearly

I'm gratified by the lack of the usual stories about how the army turns away non-Christians or makes people pray before they feed them. I shall be adding the SA to my list of people I want to help (well, actually the list is huge, and the problem is lack of funds, not lack of good causes!)

I support their work and am happy to donate BUT..... you can't be a Salvationist if you are gay, they will gladly take your help and support but would deny you full membership of the organisation. Excellent tv programme with Paul O'grady a year or so back. Worth digging out of the archives
