Well, that's me off to bed earlier than usual. Having a "fasting" blood test done tomorrow at 11.30am so nothing more to eat tonight. Had a biscuit with a cuppa at 9.30pm so guess I'll be ready for lunch tomorrow. Sleep tight everyone.
