So he's pleaded guilty, how long will he get? 10 years, out in 5? What then, wait till he actually does kill people? Can he be kept inside somehow?

fiction-factory, if he's put in the cell that Tommy Robinson occupied, his fellow inmates will welcome him with open arms.
How can he be put in the cell that 'Tommy Robinson' occupied - 'Tommy Robinson' does not exist.
Yes he does.

You've changed, whatever happened to your chat over a nice cup of tea 'education' system?
Has he changed his name by deed poll?
I am usually on the 'rehabilitation' side of things but in this case I think anything other than a full-life sentence is too much of a risk. For one thing, people who are afflicted with psychopathy or sociopathy are often highly capable of convincing even trained professionals that they are rehabilitated when they aren't. The consequences of 'getting it wrong' in this case would be too disastrous to risk, imo.

I also have a problem with the media sharing quite so much information about the case - and in particular with them sharing how he was caught. Anyone else who's thinking of planning a similar act will be reading his mistakes (even the obvious ones) closely - the cumulative effect of that over time will be to make them even harder to catch. I think perhaps stricter reporting restrictions need to be considered for cases like this.
I suspect many Tommy Robinsons exist. One even uses it as his pseudonym.
If he doesn’t exist andy-hughes is going through rather a lengthy period of delusion. He hasn't stopped criticising him.
I fear another pointless and ultimately assinine nit-picking philosophical lecture is about to unfold.

It's Saturday night, relax.
If it does I'm not listening. It is indeed Saturday night and I'm off out. Bye for now.
// He hasn't stopped criticising him. //

But if you notice, I have never once posted his adopted identity without inverted commas, he is 'Tommy Robinson' because that's not him, it's a name he has adopted because 'Yaxley-Lennon' is not blokey enough for his supporters.

Indeed it is - shelve your lecture for another day, there's a good chap.
Andy-hughes, //But if you notice, I have never once posted his adopted identity without inverted commas//

Haha! Well …. no … I hadn’t noticed, and I doubt he has either so that worked!
'there's a good chap'

Aloof and condescending to a fault. A bubble just waiting to burst.
Or be pricked.
Forget the do gooders who don't have to breath the same air as this p rat. Bring back the the death penalty, its going to cost us normal people a fortune to keep this Moran in comparative comfort in the nick.
How much does one bullet cost ? Ill even offer to buy it myself.
He needs Life until (if) he cna be deemed 100% safe to the public.
