If you knew the person who pushed the cyclist in the video, do you think that you would report them to the police? I think that this is assault, and may even be verging on GBH, depending how injured the cyclist was. What if he got badly injured, and could not find help?

get the book from you library - the fonz doesnt address the question in the book - it was just a taster to get you to buy it
