morning all - after staying the same for some time the scales have shown 2 lbs off over the last 2 weeks. This means a milestone for me because by bmi finally shows in the 'normal' range 25 last week 24.9 this week.
I am at week 5 with the couch to 5k runnnning program and managed a whole mile without stopping on Monday night - so fairly happy at the moment.
Good for you Quoi, I’m not quite sure what 5k is but it’s good you’ve come into the normal BMI. I have just achieved that too so know how good it feels.

I am another 1lb lighter this morning. I am pleased this week about my body fat % - i had it measured at boots and it shows i am better then average heading towards 'good'. Not the most accurate test apparently but I will happily accept that result & measure again next month.
I'm just back from an all inclusive holiday and reckon I've put on about 7lbs. Not a bad thing, there were so many steps and hills that I've actually toned up. It's encouraging to know it can happen so quickly.
OG have I missed something that you can't weigh ?
Ummmm yes I know all about those all inclusive holidays so easy to put weight on but you should be able to get that off if you eat sensible the next few weeks . I went on a 3 day cruise once and all I saw from morning till night was food . Luckily I was younger then and managed to lose it .good luck.
