scorchio here... trailed into B AND Q to get plants for baskets..none in..all sold yesterday..so got compost and potting on some big Mexican Palms.... hopefully I will not drop with heat exhaustion..got grass to cut too...if I win the lottery I'm buying fake lawn for myself and neighbours ! expect most of you are lazing with papers and glasses of something.....ah well..no rest for the wicked..enjoy what you are doing...xx

Lazing is it? Hanging 'universal' doors on an IKEA bookcase and putting up a mirror that seems to weigh about the same as a small moon while sister-in-law watches some screechy Dolly Parton fillum on the telly.
I've a hole to dig so the boss can have her rotary dryer closer to the house (where the wind howls through on all but the calmest of days but will she listen, will she my bottom).
There is wine for later though. :-)

Gorgeous isn't it murray! I've had a really lazy day reading in the garden in the shade. Poor douglas, I hope they treat you. I've just prepared tea, that's about it for today.

just in..pooped..sore hands, sore back, sore legs, minging dirty, sweating like a pig..job done though...grass , both mine and neighbours cut and palms potted up so they can wiggle their feet now.... shower , jammies, eats, slob with paper and telly now...
