From modelling agencies I would imagine.

You should just 'drop in' if you are nearby; local hairdressers and colleges for hair and beauty are always asking for models; try writing to the bigger companies or scanning their websites; they go to the modelling agencies for 'Stunners' and if you're a stunner...sign up!
