HI EVERY ONE CAN HOME OFFICE (UKBA ) HOLD MY VISA APPLICATION AS APPLIED FOR BRITISH CITIZENSHIP LAST YEAR IN AND IAM CHARGED WITH DOMESTIC VIOLENCE THIS YEAR IN JAN AND IAM GOING THROUGH TRAIL. SO MY QUESTION IS CAN HOME OFFICE HOLD MY APPLICATION UNTILL MY CASE IS SOLVED ?

As I applied for british citizenship last year and my ex gf accused me of rape and assaulting her but i am charged with only common assault and my case is in court. I am just worried as my mom is not well in india and i cannot go to India to see her as my application is still on go so that only reason i want to ask weather home office can hold my visa application un till my court case ends or as i was not convicted yet and last year i don't have any charge even when i had applied? so that all i am just confused can court trails come in to CRB and DBS check?

completely ignores the case where someone has said you have done something when you havent.

someone has mentioned human rights and that should not really touch on granting nationality to someone who already has one - and yes the Home Office UKBA will have a wide remit in this
and I think it is reasonable for them to ask - do you have any offences/claims in the pipeline

if they dont want to give convicted criminals British nationality ( which they dont as you cant kick them out after conviction) - then it is reasonable to ask if there is anything in the pipeline .....
